The Rapture???

If there was ever a divisive issue in the Body of Christ, the Rapture is it.

The word "rapture" does not occur even once in the scriptures.

It has been promoted as the "escape clause" of the tribulation period, as those who believe it are convinced that they will not be here for the big nasty that's just about here. As far as they are concerned, that's what the whole thing is about, they simply won't be here because Jesus comes to get them.

Well without going into great detail as to why I don't believe in a pre-trib rapture theory, I will say that it would be nice because frankly the idea of getting tortured isn't too appealing to me.

The other night while surfing around the net I found a description of a dream that a brother had about the rapture. It explained it in a way that I had never thought of before. I'm sure very few have thought of it this way either.

I am posting it here, not as my absolute belief, but as an alternative. It does make sense from a scriptural point of view, and I am going to dig into this deeper in the days to come. So, now that my caveat has been announced, here it is.....

I found myself in a meeting with a number of believers. The meeting hall looked like some kind of a warehouse and there were fewer than 100 assembled. The talk seemed to center on the increasing persecution they were experiencing. All of a sudden Jesus appeared and most, but not all, were instantly transformed from mortal beings into Immortal. Also, at the same instant, some other Holy Ones appeared who had walked with God in ages past, both in New and Old Testament times. All of the ones who had, in an instant of time, received their new bodies were able to recognize and converse with the Holy Ones from times past. I heard someone exclaim: "I thought You are coming in the clouds to take us away." The reply was: "I am coming in the clouds and... My reward is with Me Behold, here they are, My Holy Ones of all time, My faithful witnesses, those who loved not their life, and thus received it. They are the clouds and my reward, My reward for what I endured on the cross for all."

I heard another question asked of the LORD, by one of the Transformed Persons, whether He would now take them with Him out of the tribulation they were experiencing. He replied: "No, you must remain here for another 40 days and nights, just as I was on Earth for another 40 days after My resurrection and minister with Me to those who were not ready. After the 40 days and nights you will come with Me into the skies above Jerusalem and we will leave from there to have a celebration, a banquet in My Father's house, a feast that has been planned before the worlds were made."

The ones in the assembly, who had remained in their mortal bodies, lamented and cried to the Transformed Ones to help them, but were told: "It is now too late. The Bridegroom has come for us and there is nothing we can do for you, in this regard. However, if you will not love your own life, not bow to the will of the sin-man and take that seal of his, you will join us after the celebration. You will be sealed by your death and kept in the throne room for the LORD."

In what seemed a moment later, I was in another similar assembly in (maybe) another country. There also, the instant transformation had taken place of many. I was told that this same event had happened all over the Earth and all born again, Spirit filled followers of Jesus had been thus transformed, at whatever spot they happened to be in that instant, and were joined by many of God's Holy Ones, from the dawn of creation up to the present time.

Just then, some heavily armed police, or soldiers, burst into the meeting and proceeded to beat, shoot, and arrest the believers. A little blonde Transformed lady stood-up to one of the large men, and refused to move when told she was under arrest. Five or six huge men tried to drag her away, but could not move her any further than they could have moved an ancient redwood or oak tree. This infuriated the police and they started to beat her, and to start shooting their weapons. The bullets went right through the Transformed Believers and made holes in the walls, or in some cases, struck and killed some of the mortals standing behind them. The blows seemed to go through also and have no effect whatsoever on the new resurrection bodies. The remaining mortals were dragged off to prison, along with some of the Transformed Ones who chose to go along. There was no sure way to tell at first glance, who was mortal and who lived in a transcendent resurrection body.

I was then also in a prison, and saw how the Immortals were comforting the anguished souls who were to be executed unless they denounced the name of Jesus. The guards and all governmental authorities were furious that they could do absolutely nothing to prevent the Glorified Believers from coming and going and ministering anywhere on Earth, wherever Jesus told them to go. No wall could hem them in, and no weapon, or human force, could oppose or harm them. One of the Transformed Saints who had lived ages ago on Earth spoke: "Within forty days, all who refuse to accept the seal of the evil one will be killed and kept safe by the Father, personally, in the throne room. Those who give in, will suffer in the Terrible Wrath beginning after the last saint is murdered. This Wrath is the LORD's Last Effort to get rebellious mankind to repent."

At this point, I awoke and as you can imagine, was quite agitated. In fact, my heart rate was considerably above the normal resting level. The clock said 5:05am. Needless to say, I could not go back to sleep. Over time, I may forget the details of this dream, or vision, but one thing I'll never forget is the anguish, wailing, and heart-rending lamentations of those who had to remain here. I do not know how many of these chose to be killed rather than take the seal of the antichrist.

Scripture does speak of a group coming out of the Great Tribulation, but whether some are from those who were left behind, or not, was not made clear to me in this vision.""

And there you have it. It does seem quite plausible. Am I just having wishful thoughts here? Does it not sound like a possibility?

I'll leave it for you to pray about and to study the scriptures yourself to see if it "lines up".

As easy as 123

I don't know if three posts in as many days qualifies for the official title of "A Flurry", but I have been more inclined to post things lately.

When we think of how "religion" is a bad thing, that it causes wars and stuff, if we are trying to see it from the worldly point of view, Christianity is lumped right in there with the rest of them.

Well, guess what? True Christianity isn't a religion! It's a bunch of individual relationships with God Himself, through Jesus Christ. Do some of the individuals make mistakes? Of course they do. Do they always hear from God perfectly? Of course not. Does that mean that it's just another religion among many? Not on your life!

As was said recently, "Just because you spend the night in a garage, that doesn't make you a car."

Thus, just because you go to church, or read a Bible, or even just know a few Christians, it doesn't make you one. You are only allowed into "the accepted of the beloved" through a personal relationship with Yahwey by knowing Jesus, aka Yeshua, well, personally.

Look, my words always seem to fall short when I try to describe this. There have been many more eloquent expositors than I who have explained it so that even a child could understand. I always muddle it up. Sorry.

Watchman Nee was a brother in China who was anointed to preach and teach the Word of God. He was mightily blessed by God in his ministry, so much so that when the communists took over China, he was hauled off to prison and told to recant his "religion". That is like telling someone to say they didn't have a father. Even if you say it, you know that it's not true, so why say it? Of course, Brother Nee refused to recant his relationship with thee Father and he was rewarded by the devil by being tortured in the Chinese communist prison system until his death in 1972. (This is the tolerance that they talk about today!) Anyway, not to get off the topic, our brother wrote tons of good stuff and I thought it would be a good time to share something that he wrote in regards to salvation and a relationship with God through Christ.

Knowledge Being Different from Revelation

After the Lord's resurrection, two of the
disciples went to Emmaus. On the way they were
talking to each other concerning all the things
which had occurred, that is, about the things
concerning the Lord Jesus which Mary had related.

to them. Yet their eyes were kept from recognizing
Him; they did not know the resurrected Lord.
They knew the Jesus who was in the flesh.
But they did not know the Lord who had resurrected.
Resurrection was a mysterious thing to them, and
they could not believe in it.

The Lord conversed with them, taught them, and
clearly explained to them in all the Scriptures
the things concerning Himself, beginning from
Moses and from all the prophets. Yet they still
did not know Him. Although they understood the
teachings of the Scriptures and were touched and
even burning in their hearts, they still did
not know the Lord Jesus. This shows us that
doctrines and revelation are two different things.
They understood the Scriptures, but they did not
know the Lord. They knew the teachings about Christ,
but they did not know Christ.

Luke 24:29  And they constrained Him, saying, Stay
with us, because it is near evening and the day is
already gone by. And He went in to stay with them.
(30) And as He reclined at table with them, He took
the loaf and blessed it, and having broken it, He
began handing it to them.  (31)  And their eyes were
opened, and they recognized Him; and He disappeared
from them.  (32)  And they said to one another,
Was not our heart burning within us while He was
speaking to us on the road, while He was opening
to us the Scriptures?

When it was near evening and they [two disciples
of Jesus] were coming close to Emmaus, they
constrained Him to stay with them. As they
reclined  at table, Jesus took the loaf and handed
it to them.  Then their eyes were opened, and they
recognized Him. This shows us clearly that there
are two kinds of knowledge of the Lord. One kind
of knowledge is from the Bible, while the other
kind of knowledge comes when the Lord opens men's
eyes. Some are very familiar with the Scriptures
and can even speak to others about them, but they
do not know the Lord Jesus. Others know not only
the scriptural teachings, but their eyes have
been opened by the Lord and they know the Lord
Jesus also. These are two very different things.
We must realize that Christianity does not have
only the Bible but also personal revelations.
It is true that without the Bible, there would
be no Christianity in the world.
But we have to remember that without revelation,
we do not have a personal Christ.

One problem among God's children is that much
of their knowledge is “transmitted” knowledge;
it is transmitted from one's mouth to another's
ear. One man understands with his mind and
transmits it into another man's ear.
Everything is transmitted, and hence everything
is just a doctrine and teaching. We must remember
that it is useless to have Bible knowledge without
knowing the Lord. The two disciples that were on
the way to Emmaus knew the Scriptures already,
and while the Lord was talking with them and
explaining the Scriptures to them on the way,
their hearts were burning. Yet they still did
not know the Lord. The only true knowledge of
the Lord is inward knowledge.

So we're supposed to love Israel no matter what they do eh? The assassination in Dubai the other day, with the admittance by the Mossad that they did it, has got our dear little blessed country in deep doo doo. If there was any hope of Israel improving it's image on the world stage, it's gone now.

So, we sit here in the rest of the world, ticked off at the little sliver of hell, smug in our self-righteousness, only because we don't get caught! I said it before and I'll say it again, it is because of the sin of all of mankind that these things are playing out the way they are. We are ALL guilty. There is none righteous, no, not even one! We all fall short of the Glory of God! I am not anti-semitic ok? I am anti SIN! I don't care who you are, until you bow the knee to Yahwey God and repent of your sin, you are spiritually dead. You are still in Adam, and in Adam, all die! Why is this so hard for you to get? Repent and believe! It's the only way! Am I intolerant? Of course I am. Who the heck isn't. Sinners are intolerant of the saved. Sodomites are intolerant of the saved. Liars, thieves, adulterers, the covetous, the blasphemous are all intolerant of the Saints of God! And guess what smarty, the Saints are just the sinners who fall down and get up, fall down and get up, who fall down and get up because they have a relationship with the Creator of the Universe, who became a man to die to save us all from this fallen world.

So, the bad guys are following satan and are going to make difficult for the rest of humanity. Big freeking deal. They are the losers! They are following thee loser of all time!

I Envy The People Who Hate Israel

At times like these, I envy the people who passionately, frankly, with all their hearts, despise Israel. Hate Israel enough, and the Jewish state's failings and blunders, its self-satisfied blindness and its resultant self-destructive policies, cause not pain, but delight. Hate Israel enough, and you're spared all inclination to try to fix what's wrong, to work to set it right. On the contrary, hate Israel enough, and you may come to believe not only that that the country deserves to be punished to the point of replacement by a different state - Israel may well do the job all by itself. This is one of those times. I have made my peace with the fact that this is not the same country I moved to, so long ago. I learned when I first came, that Israel was not the country I'd thought I was moving to. But this is different. This time is a test for every Israeli, and so far, we are failing. There was once a time when Israel longed to be a member in good standing of the community of nations. There was a time when one of its fondest goals was to end its status as a nation in quarantine, boycotted, unrecognized, unwanted, kept firmly at arm's length. No longer. Without asking its people, without a second thought, Israel, at its highest level, has taken an executive decision. Unable to beat the forces who want to see Israel as one of the world's primary pariah states, it has resolved to join them. Determined to take our fate into its own hands. This is what I have learned about the government of this place, and many of the voters who put it there. Intelligent people who are too smart to be able to see themselves clearly, render themselves stupid. And countries which cannot bear to look, even if they have good reasons, render themselves dangerous - first of all, to themselves. This is not the country I first came to. But I still care about it, even if I know it may care much less than I would like, about me. I have come to envy the people who hate Israel, because they cannot feel the tragedy in the phenomenal possibility, the depth and breadth of humanity that is going to waste here. Someday soon, if only because Avigdor Lieberman is indicted for money-laundering in countries which hate us, this is going to begin to turn around. I believe that. I have to. My father did not flee the Soviet Union just so his son could one day have the chance to live in a place just like it.

Do I ever feel sorry for that guy. I pray that he will see the truth and be set free, in Jesus Name.

The Work Will Set You Free!!!

In the dark days of the Communist Gulag system of the Soviet Union, there were signs placed in various places around the camps. Since these godless monsters who ran the gulags had no hope of eternal life, or even much in this one, they had catchy phrases that they used for solace and comfort. They even thought it would be a kindness to the poor souls who found themselves being starved and worked to death, literally, to "encourage" them with these pithy sayings.

Of course, the reality was, that these sayings were just further torture to the prisoners. I believe that the majority of the inmates; men, women and children, were Christians. Never mind the lies and hype of the jewish holocaust, even if the 6 million number is true, it pales in significance to the more than 200 million people who have been systematically slaughtered over the course of the last one hundred years.

We are just about at "fullness of time". Only the Lord Yahovey knows the time and hour. We don't agree with the mainstream christian church about alot of things and one of them is the pre-tribulation rapture. I'm sorry but it's just not in the Bible. The condemnation of those who teach it is though. Well, I have to be honest, I wish it was true. It would be so nice to just float on out of this sinking mess before it gets all bloody and nasty. I bet the millions of Christians who have been martyred in the last century wished the same thing. Let's be honest, we humans are rather fond of this spinning rock. Even the Christians are willing to trade their salvation for comfort and "safety". Well, they're in for a shock when the jackboot lands on there faces.

Just because it's all doom and gloom down here doesn't mean that we can't enjoy a good tune though!

As Olympic dreams melt away

HAHAHAHA, I am so sad. HAHAHAHA

It looks pretty bad for the 2010 Winter Olympics right now. As I sit here in our little mountainside hovel, I glance at the outside temperature and it is 42.5 degrees Fahrenheit, or not freezing celsius.

We live about 100 miles East of Whistler Mtn. and generally have the same weather here as there. This is not good. Our snow is pretty much gone here. It's hard to ski on rocks and dirt, and those pesky little trees get tangled up in your snowboard. I suppose I should feel sorry for them. But I don't.

A it is so plainly written in the Bible, "Pride goes before the fall." Or as My lovely wife says, Pride before the slide. Well, the pride that has been eminating from the blowhards in Victoria and Vancouver for the last few years is what has caused their embarrassment to day. They pranced and preened as the homeless were scooted out of the city to make way for the rich and famous to come and snob it up around town. God loves the poor. He hates pride. Never a good scenario if you happen to be a proud hater of the poor. He can rub your nose in it and slap you good and hard. BAD DOG!

So, we hear tell of a potential False Flag event happening in Vancouver during the Oly's. Not a lot of buzz about it but a few of my favorite paranoid.com sites have speculated on it. One of the tenets of the New World Order crowd is "Order out of Chaos". It's even written on their money. (Think, you've seen it.) So, it wouldn't surprise me if something nasty did happen in the next 14 days.

So, as we ponder the end of civilization, lets take a look at "The biggest company that you've never heard of".



Golly. I had no idea that this giant corporate monster lived under the stairs! Feel safe now?
